The Hemi in the Barn: More Great Stories of Automotive Archaeology (Hardcover)
by Tom Cotter (Author), Jay Leno (Foreword)

Edmonds.com, June 2007
"Tom Cotter's sequel to last year's best-selling The Cobra in the Barn relays one great tale after another, with players unearthing rare cars to die for. The treasures include an armored Mercedes-Benz Aktion P command car discovered in pieces in Russia, a desirable Dodge Daytona Hemi virtually abandoned behind bushes in a guy's yard, a bushel of Bugattis in a barn, the 'Divorcee Cobra,' and a GTO owned by a mobster. These are great stories about great cars."

:2thumbs:

I have this guy's first book..."The Cobra in the Barn" and it is pretty amazing, all the stories and photos that are in there - but one if the biggest complaints by me (and a lot of other readers) was the lack of muscle. He mainly sticks to super-old cars and foreign vintage cars.

It looks like this new book is his answer to the muscle car fanatics...can't wait!

Unfortunately, there is no release date on amazon.com - I think they are taking pre-orders to judge what numbers the first printing should be in.

Here is the link to pre-order:

I'm hoping that the photo on the front of the book isn't what he is refering to as HEMI Daytona. Because its obviously a Superbird.
