Can someone tell me the difference and if they can interchange. I have 2 steering columns. I was told 1 is from a 69 coronet and one is from a 69 Charger but they look different on the bottom. 1 has like a cage on the bottom I'm sure you know what i'm talking about and the other steering column looks different near the bottom

The only difference should be in length.  Is one perhaps missing the coupler and the other has it?

only difference is legnth and the size of the coupling....    manual steering has larger splines and a longer shaft.

if they can interchange.

They "interchange" only if you also change steering gearboxes to match what was mated with that particular column to start with.

Any '69 B-body column should work as long as you match up the PS/MS and Column/Console shifted options to what you have or what you are converting to.
