Some collector will snap it up and tuck it away. Not sure about the $2 mill part of it though.

So did it change color sometime during its life or are there more than one?

The silver one is a re-creation of the original. It was at the Nats a couple years ago.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

I would say that some collector would be more than willing to drop $1M for it. I'm going to say that I know of at least 4-5 different collectors that will probably be interested in that car.

Ghoste

Sadly, it isn't coming into RM World Headquarters before going out to California.  :'(

Wonder if Steve Juliano will snatch it up as he owns many of the old Concept Mopars. He is the one that alwyas has them on display in Carlisle.

Ghoste

If it isn't him, I hope it will at least go to someone like him that's willing to show the car once in a while so the rest of us can enjoy it as well.   Too often it seems that collectors buy these cars and even though they take great care of them, they disappear from view.

I was just wondering about whether Juliano owned it, or was a potential buyer.   :shruggy:

I like the car for what it is, but it's not my favorite prototype from Chrysler.
