Powder coat or anodize aluminum valve covers?

I am thinking of having my aluminum valve covers either powder coated or anodized, which one would hold up best to the heat, or would either not hold up well?

Thanks,
Tony

Powder coating will handle up to 350* and clean easily.

Thanks guys, I wouldn't think the valve covers would get over 350* would you?
