How tight for leaf spring nuts??????????????

Just put my leaf springs on and was wondering just how tight to tighten the nuts on the bushings.I wouldn't think you would tighten them too much or you could damage the bushings.Thanks!

'69 service manual states...... (you should get one for your car as well)

Shackle nuts 45 ftlbs  (on ground with full weight of vehicle on it)

U-bolt nuts....  45 ftlbs

pivot bolt....125 ftlbs   (on ground with full weight of vehicle on it)
