When we bought my '69, the owner had another '69 that he was working on. He took parts off mine for his and then left mine to rot (a scrap company was supposed to come get it too). At the time, this car was painted and almost done, it just needed a few odds and ends. Believe it or not, he finally finished just before July 2007 (when I saw the car). I've always wondered what parts from my car are visible in the pics..... :scratchchin:

I didn't actually see him. I saw the car (thought it was just another '69) and didn't know it was his until I talked to him a few months later.

Mine was rusty, T5 Copper, snow tires, missing the right fender, left door, grille, front bumper was shoved through the windshield. I'm kinda mad we didn't take pics.

This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

The car is still missing a few odds and ends such as yes, the rear wheel caps. The front upper door panels were missing too.

What's that big black hoo-diggit thingy on the left? A pre-oiler maybe? :shruggy: I think I'd hide it somewhere else, if it were me...or chrome it & slap a beer brand sticker on it. :icon_smile_big:

Nice looking car, overall.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)
