I have cracks where the fins meet the grey outer "shroud" on my 1970 Charger grill. Does anyone have any tips for bonding and filling in this area?

I've had good luck with Loctite 2 part plastic epoxy. You mix the two together, then use it as an adhesive, and it dries and cures quickly. I also had good luck sanding this, and painting over it (it dries to be a clearish light amber/yellow). This is what I used on my grill.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)
