I was run off the road this morning, and bent my main control arm when i hit a 9inch concrete curb. A COP ran me off the road  :RantExplode:. But that a different issue. After trucking my poor 74 Charger over to the shop, i was told that the part is damn near impossible to find. It's the part that connects the right and left wheels together for steering. Any body got one lieing around or know where to get one? i cant find on summit or year one.

once again :

I NEED A CONTROL ARM FOR A 1974 CHARGER 318 SE

Thanks!

The part is called a center link and they are not available new! Check with a local junkyard.

That's one of those parts that's not valuable per se.  But when it's specific to a Mopar B-body from the early 1970s, that alone is enough to make it a pain in the rear.

Either way you shouldn't be paying that much for it.  They don't rust out, they hardly ever wear out, and they rarely even get bent in accidents like yours did.  It should be about as cheap/easy to get as anything will be for that car.
