Every Labour Day weekend my family gets together and makes tomato sauce for the year.  We purchase 5 - 6 bushels and spend the whole weekend making massive pots of basic tomato sauce to jar for the year.  We usually end up with 200 - 250 medium sized mason jars of sauce.  This divided up throughout the family (4 households) lasts for the whole year.  As mentioned, it cost us more this year to do our preserves, but it is worth it!
You should be busted for distribution, this much tomato product can't be for personal use.  Like it or not you're a tomato pusher! :police:
