Need help or ideas about how to get this deal

but after all these days getting ready the list of parts quoted got an email where he stated:

unfortunately we do not accept credit cards.
we do take pay pal but we are forced to ship with tracking to the Pay pal registered address to be covered by the sellers insurance.
and i imagine that would be your south American address?
  our policy is all orders over $300 are to be wire transfer.
We don't mean to be difficult but we want to make sure this will work for you before we spend allot more time building this order up.

I hope you understand.

i'm trying to get the suregrip from this dealer and JUST THAT is OVER $300...

BTW he told me has available quarter panels and tuff wheel ( in case you are interested.  I am, but will be out of funds for some time )

please give me ideas about how to solve this.

You were planning on putting it on a credit card? Maybe you can get a cash advance on the card & wire transfer the money to them?

I already have a cash advanced on credit card, but international wire transfers are not cheap to deal and that would sacrifice some miscelaneous parts.

I was thinking more on somebody gets my money throught paypal and he woudl send the MO in my name

Just set up a PayPal account. PayPal takes credit cards.

yes, I already have a paypal account but has the registered addres in Venezuela and they ship to the registered addres of paypal for insurances issues. My shipping addres is Miami, to a shipper warehouse.
