Drop Top

For the last year or so I haven't really been feeling quite like myself. Then about 2 months ago I was getting tired earlier then usual. I ended up in emergency room with 2 problems. The first was my bladder and intestine was connected. and my intestines looked like an old hose with bubbles and thin spots in it. They ended up disconeting my intestines and fixing my bladder. The bad stuff theytook out of me was about the size of a grapefruit. Well now I have a bag on th side of me that collects my solids. I have allot of changes I have to get used to for the next year or so. I,m home now and on the road to recovery. I'll need to have the bag for 6 months to a year. My shop is still going but I have 3 cars ready to paint. I do all my own painting and buffing. But I'm at least a month away from doing anything like that. I have a very large slice in my stomach that needs to close up before I can do much. I need your thoughts and prayers so I can get out of hear and back to work. Thanks D/T

Get well soon! A buddy of mine had to deal with digestive problems for the past year or so due to complications with cancer treatment. He finally got it sorted out (I hope) but it really effected his life. You'll get through it. :yesnod: And you'll be in my prayers.

I wish you a speedy recovery, sounds like you've had your fair share to deal with. But look on the bright side. The next time some punk throws a water balloon at you, you can 1 up him with something way better!

:haha: Should he light it on fire first? :icon_smile_big:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Sorry to hear.  Prayer's and thoughts on the way.
Sometimes I can't help but wonder if having a bag would be easier for the 'other' discharge.  It's got to be some kind of adjustment, feel for ya' man.

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers. I'm getting better everyday. I walk every morning. I seem to be able to go a little farther each day. It's not very far but you gotta start some where.   i go back to the doctor Aug. 16. We'll see how it goes. I'm getting restless. The walls are closeing in. It just takes time Thats what everbody says. But I really miss the shop. Anyway thanks again. I'm going to cruse the other areas and see if I can add my  :Twocents:. I've got nothing else to do.  :icon_smile_big:

Earth. Even the word sounded strange to me now... unfamiliar. How long had I been gone? How long had I been back? Did it matter? I tried to find the rhythm of the world where I used to live. I followed the current. I was silent, attentive, I made a conscious effort to smile, nod, stand, and perform the millions of gestures that constitute life on earth. I studied these gestures until they became reflexes again. But I was haunted by the idea that I remembered her wrong -Solaris
