I am running electric fan, electric fuel pump, and msd 6al box with blaster 2 coil.  After my 440 gets warmed up it sounds like it is predetonating as if the timing was too far advanced.  It doesn't do this when cold.  My thoughts are when the motor is fully warmed, I turn on the electric fan to cool it.  With a stock alternator and the battery located in the trunk, could this be too much of an electrical load causing my problem?

electrical load is the same as an AC compressor kicking on, you are loading down the engine, except instead of with the drivetrain, and having the RPM's up which changes your timing, you are doing it at idle... if you have the timing advanced quite far at idle, and then load down the engine with the alternator, this could cause knocking.
