I guess Ford (who just turned 65) still fits into his Dr. Jones britches and they're actually filiming now. I guess it's going to happen.

"The action star, who first introduced the fedora-wearing, bullwhip-cracking Indiana Jones in the 1981 classic "Raiders of the Lost Ark," is actually doing many of his own stunts in the latest film.

"He's doing them, he just has a few more ice packs and a few more massages," Kennedy said."

They are also supposed to be bringing back Sean Connery as his father in this film as well!  :2thumbs:

I take it you didnt read the article.   ;)

QuoteOne popular character not in the lineup is Sean Connery, who played Indy's father.

"We would've loved to have Sean do a cameo-type part in this but he's very much enjoying retirement," Kennedy said.

I wish he was going to be in it, but he said a while back he wasnt going to make any more movies.  Bummer.  I dont care though Harrison Ford is my favorite and I guarantee this will be worth watching.

Yeah the page wouldn't load for me on my crappy dialup, but Sean Connery once stated in an interview that he would come out of retirement to do only one of two things, a camo in Indiana Jones or James Bond....  :'(

I am kind of bummed about the Sean Connery thing, but I kind of expected him not to do it.  I was expecting to see John Rhys-Davies, and I was hoping they would bring back Karen Allen...

I had heard a rumor Spielberg was going to use his wife Kate Capshaw in this one, but I never liked her in Temple of Doom so im hoping they leave her out of this one...

For Indiana Jones #4, Harry Ford's face is probably gonna get some digital "de-aging" work from ILM.

(Before you say "Oh god, computer-de-aging people will never work at all!" you should realize that you've already seen this process.  A big scene in the recent X-men#3, and lots of occasional shots with everyone from Arnold to Tom Cruise.  Digital face/age work has already been quietly creeping into movies for the last decade.)

I don't think they're gonna try to make Indiana look 36 again or anything, but they'll probably try to push his apparent age down a decade or more.
We might end up looking at "Fugitive" era Harrison Ford if it works out well.

Charger1973

He already looks good for 65 though...

70charger_boy

The original Indy movie took place in the 30's.  This new movie will be set in the 50's to compensate for his age

I agree with you, however he admits to having some work done though.

If you've ever been to IMDB.com or even clicked those links you'll see that the pages tell you who was in the movie, and stupid facts or screwups in a movie, etc. Those aren't porn pages, nor do they have any pictures either.  :slap:
