74 Charger... Should I buy?

Hey guys, a buddy of mine is trying to sell his 74. It's got a bit of rust, Lime green, but still in pretty decent shape. I don't have any pictures, but tell me what you think of this:

Rebuilt 440
All new wiring
New Brakes
New Cooling system
Origional Interior
Flowmaster 3" dual exhaust
$6000

This is in Virginia Beach, as far as I know, the frame should be somewhat rust free. Haven't gotten to take a look at it yet. Should I buy it? Maybe part it out? I'm sure I could get a few $$ for it if I fix it up a bit and resell it. What do you guys think?

Price sounds high to me, but its hard to say without pictures.  It's way to high if you plan on parting it out thats for sure.
