First Gen.  66-67
Second Gen. 68-70
Third Gen. 71-74
Post 74 chargers including the current one.

Just curious as to how many people own what.  Have fun

1967, but it'd be more accurate to say it owns me. :eyes:

A 74 for now.  But in search of a 70 model.   :scope:

Charger1973

My car started life as a 73 but its got parts from every year of 3rd gen on it.   :D

pettyfan43

I have a 66 and a 73.
And like Charger1973, my 73 S/E will probably have a bit of an identity crisis when it is finished.

TruckDriver

A '72, but would love to have another '69 or a '68.

Daytona R/T SE

Right now I'm working on my '69 Daytona clone, but other future projects I own are:

'69 Charger T5 Copper/tan interior 383 auto/ac
'68 Charger was a 318 car, now has a junkyard 400 in it
'70 Charger parts car-it's junk
2 '72 Chargers both 318's, both projects
A couple of Imperials one for parts, the other is in decent shape
'65 Sport Fury convertible...I ought to part this one out....

Still looking for:

'72 Charger SE (To replace the one that got away) :'(
'34 Ford 3 window coupe (These things have always eluded me-all the way back to the 70's when they were cheap)
'77/'78 Black Trans Am (These things have always eluded me too-all the way back to the 80's when they were cheap)

'58 Plymouth Fury
'59 Dodge Costom Royal Lancer
'70 Chrysler 300 H...and a few others....

dukeboy_318

I'm also looking for a 67 charger for my grandfather.  I like my 74 but he really misses his 67 and yes it was a hemi, thats why he misses it so much.

You need to look for the 34 Ford in either Kansas or Nebraska if you want a steel body project (especially if you got out in the backwoods areas).  I bought, years ago up in Nebraska, a 32 five window coupe body (the farmer was fine with storing it in his pasture with his other cars until I could get some time to work on it).  It is rough (missing passinger side door and interior), but is a good start for a rat rod.  Someday, a 426 hemi will be motivating it.....

´72 SE.. my first american car ever..

Dont feel the need for a 2nd gen Charger.. they are quite expensive over here.
But a 72 Roadrunner would be great  ;)

High Impact

Two 68'.  One's for parts the other is a 68 RT 440-4-gear-Dana car with 54.000 miles.  A really cool car!  The other is a 72 Rallye car with the 440-4-speed and 8.75.   Another cool car!   I just sold a 73 Charger tonight.  It will be a project for a younger kid.  Good to see a young person going after a car like this these days!

69......Although it was 68's that got me hooked on them. I just couldn't find one each time I was in the market and when I finally did I used it for parts.

My 73 is almost done and I have a 69 RR sitting in the driveway.
I hope to start on that one next year.

Hi!
Have a 68.
I am in Norway, but the car is still in the US. Gathering parts to bring it home, and build a really sick pro touring car.
Since we only live once, and all this is not just a dressed rehearsal, but the real thing............ Well, enjoy it!!!!

Good point... As a 1st Gen owner, I can tell you that the cost of restoring one has risen dramatically in the last couple of years... so I wouldn't be at all surprised to see the market value of these vehicles starting to rise soon as well.
