Hedman headers

I've got a shot at a set of headman headers. They've never been used...guy wants 85 bucks. My headers are old and have some surface rust as well as spots where they've been welded (not sure why...could have been cracked?) and the #3 tube leaks. So heres the question. Would they work nicely on my setup? I don't have a part number, but they are for B/Rb engines.

383 .030 over
edelbrock 750 carb and intake
comp cams .510 292 (will be changed to a Crower 271 duration)


What do you think? Seems like a good deal to me.

I've had Hedman Huslers in my B-engine Charger for about 13 years and are just getting to the point of me wanting to replace them, and then only for cosmetic reasons. They're getting rusty and nasty looking.

I always heard they need some modifications to fit on big blocks. If you do not mind denting some tubes a bit go ahead and get them.
