I mean can you swap a set from a 489 case into a 742 case?

NO, even Chryco stated you can do it in backwards with the right bearings.

Thats definitelly about pinion, but I have LOTS OF DOUBTS about gears can be interchanged.

no way to get the large pinion into the smaller carrier , you can swap 742 gears into a 489 with the correct brg though
