Big Lebowski

He's new at E-bay, he's lacking a few details, he needs more pics, the auction lacks car info, like where does it show 383? 440? And the opening bid may be too high, it takes all of the fun out of bidding it up.
"Let me explain something to you, um i am not Mr. Lebowski, you're Mr. Lebowski. I'm the dude, so that's what you call me. That or his dudeness, or duder, or you know, el duderino if you're not into the whole brevity thing."

Several reasons probably but I really have no idea. The most obvious is the first sentence starting with "Completely restored..." when it's the wrong color (originally QQ1) and many bits still aren't right (tach, clock, fuel gauge, brake booster, trans, dash pads, hubcaps, etc.). The next part is "The undercarriage...the surface rust was covered with correless to kill the rust, then painted red" and "The rust was on rocker panels, sail panels, 1/2 of trunk floor, both 1/4 panels, driver floor, all area replaced with metal from Year One" but there are no pictures of these areas. For $25,000 the buyer should obviously be looking at the car in person but a few/better pictures wouldn't hurt. Also, the seller has zero feedback so that puts many people on guard right away. Oh, and you have to read the questions to get any of that information.

I'd love to have a '68 383 4-speed at some point but with the market the way it is right now there are probably better/rarer cars available (again, I don't know for sure so that's just a guess).

Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

I'll tell you why, Mainly because the Car say's Reserve not met & meaning he wants more then opening bid of $24,000+.  Opening bid to high & that gives the impression reserve is to high. Also not a R/T Car. He's probably wanting to much for a plain non R/T car so nobody is bidding. LEON.
