how hard is it to put traction bars under a stock 72, if easy are the summit brand ones as good as the pricey ones

Traction Bars break springs. Mopars shouldn't need them like GM's

If your car sits too low, Leaf spring helpers are like a Bandaid. To do it right you should just get new springs.
