I had to share this with all of you,
It has allmost been a year and I finally have my 73' Rally Charger back from the body/paint shop.  :2thumbs:
It is a numbers matching 400 Rally, buckets, console, A/C.
It is a on the body resto and the finished product is a nice driver! I did not have the $ to do a perfect 100% resto but I am really happy.I can't wait till' I get it all together.I spend all my time after work trying to get it all put back together.
Someone that I know did the body & paint so I had to wait while he took his time.
I was going to post pic's when it was all put together, but it will not be complete until I have the stripes on, that will be 3 months and I had to post a pic or 2.I figure it is not a show car so who cares if I post a few progress pic's. :shruggy:
Hope I can get it  all back together for the fun field at Carisle! :scratchchin:
To all the DC.com members that have helped me with questions, thanks for all the help.
I am sure I am going to be asking a few more questons when I put the interior back in!
Nacho, thanks for all your help man! Ipainted the bumper filler Grey and not Argent !

Looking great man !!!

3 months to stripes ? why ? funds or dealers out of stock ?

I'm trying to located my graphic designer, dunno where is... Cell phone I have doesn't look to be the same. Anyway he lives close to me. If you want I can ask about black rallye stripes and quote for you.

Yes I noticed... even maybe is a light issue, I think gray should it be a little bit lighter... but those looks definitivelly way better than argent... I painted argent long time ago mines and they don't look good.

Thanks for the compliments Mopar pals.
It is frustrating cause' all of the pieces that are not mint are sticking out like a sore thumb. :flame:
I guess since it is not a show car that I should just be happy. :scratchchin:

Nacho,
My friend that painted the car said we have to wait 3 months for the paint to cure all the way. He said if we put the stripes on too soon that they may bubble or shrink form the chemiclas in the paint, primer & clear. :scratchchin:
I have the stripes & can't wait to put them on.
I think I could do the stripes myself? :scratchchin:

I installed the stripes same day come out from paint shop.

The stripes job is easier on 2nd gens than 3rd gens being longer, several pieces to align and being on sides surfaces than on a top surface... it is posible to do it by yourself BUT NEEEDS LOOOT OF PATIENTE AND CARE,

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)
