question about carlisle

Does anyone know if the parking lots that open for camping are opened to stay thurs night?
I would like to go to the cruise the night before but can't really afford a hotel room

I'm pre registered and know that I can pick up my packet at Carlisle after 12 pm on Thurs.

We usually pick up our pre-registeration package/goodie bag on Thursday so we don't have to deal with it on Friday morning.  Great idea and worked perfect on the next day when the croud was trying to get in.
