Saw today episode if it wasnt a rerun. where they wheeled in a 70 satellite.To become a superbird that will be auctioned off

Yeah, I just saw it too. 

Sounds like Goldberg is the organizer and he's getting Year One to build it and Ray Everham is putting a Nascar engine in it. After it's done a bunch of people are going to sign it and auction it off at Barrett-Jackson with all the proceeds going to the Darryl Gwynn Foundation.

It doesn't sound like Spike gonna do a show about it though, just have updates about it during commercial breaks.  There's no mention of it on any of their websites.

That would be awesome if they had some episodes on the conversion of a Satellite into a Superbird wouldn't it?   :2thumbs:

If anyone finds more info on it please post it up.  I'd love to hear about it!

I saw that episode today. I looked at the wife and said:  I wonder just how bad they're going to f#*k that up? I can just see it now, lowered to the ground on airbags, 22" Clown car wheels, rubber band tires with a sidewall height of .500", no door handles, no rearview mirrors, three-tone paint job, small block chevy under the hood, 18 speed tranny, giant TV screen that pops up out of the trunk, flashing purple neon lights on the wing and Year One logos EVERYWHERE :brickwall:

I'm guessing there was some kind of parole violation and Goat Boy had to go back to the slammer.
