Interior Door Handle Question

Trying to find a mechanism that my body guy says he needs to put the interior door handles in.  Its somekind of spring widget that attaches to the door and which the door handle then attaches to.  I looked it up in the service manual and this is the closest thing I could find....anyone know what they are called and where I can get them?

Not sure what you'd call it, perhaps inner door handle mechanism, but I thought the photo would help.

I might have one on a 73, not sure if they are year/side specific or not though.  What year do you need anyway?
