Need paint help

I painted my car, and had to redo a fender.  Paint dried about 1 week, I taped the door off with blue painters tape, painted the fender, and now all the glue from the tape is stuck to my door.  How can I get this glue off?  Paint is single stage acrylic enamel sherwin williams brand....

citrus solvent, mild but great on glue

Next time , try the green tape. It costs more , but it has never left a residue when removed for me. Now if you were to leave out in the sun for a few days or week, it might leave some........J

I've always had good luck with 3M Adhesive remover.

Definatley use the green stuff on paint from now own.
