You're thinking about some of the Funny cars, that car actually started out as a Charger. The green Flying Dutchman is a middle generation Charger body, not a stock body but not quite a "minicharger" which is what the last versions were called, Those had 500 style rear windows (For driver room) and were  3/4 to 7/8 scale.

The Chi Town Hustler was a good example of the MiniCharger style body.
