the program for the left over 06s is really screwed up,if you apply the 2000 dealer cash as a loaner vehicles, you must keep it in stock for an additional time period, and also tittle and register it to the dealership, most places use this as a service right off or a tax benefit of some type.thankfully i only have one 06 left on the lot,and its a loaded durango, with 6200 miles that i drove as a demo for the winter, and with the discounts and dealer cash i can give someone a 12000 discount of msrp, and avoid all the bullshit of loaner programs etc!any other insider info you are looking for just ask!

Does it strike anyone else as strange: The Big Three make their American cars in Mexico while the Japanese automakers are making many of their cars right here in the good ole U.S.A? That is -- if you want an American built car you have to buy a Japanese make/model?

What the hell is going on in this world??   :rotz:

so that "12000 discount"?... does that mean a $ 12,000 discount?..  american?..

i was just thinking does that mean i could (not that i would or anything)... go and look for a leftover '06 R/T or SRT or even a 300 C and expect a similar savings?..  :popcrn:

Any left over high dollar 06 will net you a pretty hefty discount,as of now i have a 7500 cash allowance from chrysler on the 06 durango, plus the markup and hold back, hence the 12000 off, believe me on a demo that is going on a year and half old,im not making any money!! and the regional dicounts are by zone,so new jersey is northeast zone and the same stuff applies-are you intrested?
