Well I got a tip about two Chargers sitting out near me in DeKalb.  So I went to investigate them today.  Well I found one of them.  I believe the other is in a garage.  The one I did locate is a 69 Charger.  It wasn't until I got home and looked at the pictures I was able to snap from the road, that I realized that it has an R/T emblem on the grille!  I couldn't believe I found ANOTHER 69 Charger R/T.... now I gotta go there and see what the story is on the old girl.

Here are some pictures from the excursion.

A little bit bigger of the one, so you can see the R/T emblem.

Sadly bronze, you are correct.  And I'm gonna have to talk to you about the ones you have of mine already.  But that's for after work.

I understand it could not be a real R/T, but you never know.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

BUSTED!

He was busted once for using my pictures without permission, and passing them off as his own.

After a little "discussion", I allowed him to use my pictures, with my blessing.

I'm heading over to the Charger tomorrow to inquire about the vehicle some more.

I'm sure you could work out a deal!  like 15% of those thousands he makes on his site right?

I'm preparing to have a REAL site soon, not just albums.  But the bandwith I need is where the money problem comes in for now.

Thunderstorms today, so tomorrow hopefully I'll swing out by the Charger.

....too funny!!!

TheAutoArchaeologist

Thank goodness for digital.  And I found 3 chargers this weekend, 2 in barns, one out in a parking lot.  A semi-rotting red 69 Charger R/T SE... a 68 J-code Charger...(long story) and a 73.  Uploading some of them now, under a promise not to upload the J code ones for a while.  I'll recant the story I was told in a bit once the other pictures are uploaded.

yeah, that's my point.  it's not like you're sitting on a cash cow there.  I guess the 4 people left in the world who don't own a camera might pay for your photos, but hey that's not really that much money now is it?
