who sells the bottom fender attach hardware

Hello gang..
Was wondering who might sell the attach hardware (Stud, nut and spacers) for the bottom of the fender down by the rocker panel? I'm working on my '68 Charger..

i got mine from a seller on ebay. it didnt include shims but it did have MOST if the bolts and nuts for the car . it worked out good for me cause i cleaned up orig bolts for everything so mostly i just used the studs, nuts, and clips.

I've heard that as well which has made me reluctant to buy from him. 

However, I decided to take a chance today and utilize his new web site that has many photos of the items he has for sale.  I only needed a few things but bought a few extras to make it worth his while and mine.  I figured an $8.00 order could easily get forgotten about so I put about $50.00 worth of goodies in the cart, which I also know is not a lot of money compared to what others spend, but this could be the tip of the iceberg as I'm a bit picky about all the nuts, bolts and screws I use.

I did get a confirmation e-mail saying my order has been accepted and that they'll (Tom) will contact me about payment shortly.  So far, I'm not out anything but the 30 minutes it took me to go shopping.  I'll let you all know how it goes.
