Getting ready to refinish the inspection plates that go on the inner fenders.   You know, the ones that have to be removed to access the upper control arm bolts.   Mine are completely covered with rust so I can't tell what color they are supposed to be.   Does anybody Know?

30% gloss black.  Eastwood's UnderHood black is a good choice

Is that like semi-gloss or satin black?  I was hoping to powder coat them with my new setup.
