alright...    got a 69 Road Runner in the shop at the moment...     the engine decided to take a shit...    so...       now the guy wants a high HP street engine (who doesnt)...     I am limited to a 440 block and crank...     so...     see the combo below.

440 block (Keith Black)
Forged 3.75" stroke crank (DLI)
Forged connecting rods (Eagle)
440-SR Heads (INDY)
INDY duel plane intake
Harland Sharp rockers (1.6:1 ratio)
Mighty Demon carb (850)
TTI 2 1/8" headers
10:1 compression (pump gas friendly)

Camshaft...       Engle K60/K64 on a 110*

this is all backed by a 4-speed....

I think you are overdoing it on the headers, this is a street car that will live at low RPM's a lot, it looks like your building a big mountain curve on the powerband when you should probably drop the peak hp and give it a flatter torque curve, especially in a manual this will make it a lot "faster" on the street and more fun to drive.
A lot depends on the cam of course, and I think that's why there aren't many comments because you left that part out.
the rest looks like good components

the cam is listed in the build...

long story short...      the engine is already built (damaged bottom end) but it already has the headers, indy heads, intake, carb - thats why they are listed to be used...      right now it has a large comp cams (312* duration) cam in it....       it has a rod knock so it will need to come apart anyway - the owner wanted a little less cam but just as much hp...      with less compression....         go figure....        i guess i can pull a miracle out of nowhere...

Looks like a fun cam - 238/249 @.050

Wouldn't 10:1 be about 9:1 on iron heads?  From reading threads here you could get away with 10.5:1 with aluminum heads for pump gas.

I would try talking him into a solid flat tappet Comp XS282S grind. It will make 500hp easy and tons of torque. Idle is descent at 850-900 rpm with a lope that sounds agressive.  :2thumbs:

The step headers are a little on the big side for a 440 but it will still run fine. You really don't have much choice because the step TTI headers are the only "off the shelf" header for a raised exhaust port SR head....using an RB block.  :yesnod:
