How do I get it off? Special tool needed? And no, it's not described in "lilwendals" restothread.

it does consist in two parts the exterior section whay is a keyed coded piece on to a shaft cut to that purpouse, and the inner part what is the threated nut really and keeps the knob in place.

Hold the exterior part and use a small screwdriver to unscrew the inner nut. Then simply pull out the exterior knob
