well guys it's been 5 years i've been promising my wife a charger.. 2 years i've had the car, but not roadworthy. that is till today. a big thanks to Keith and Kathy and Kreative Customs for helping me finish the car. oh happy day. #"s matching 440 R/T SE(took out the SE stuff, wife thinks the woodgrain looked cheap, go figure.. yes i kept it all)

Nice engine bay. That is what mine will hopefully look like when I retire and take it back to bone stock. Is that a '68 console cover? I don't agree with your wife thinking the woodgrain looked cheap. But hey, it's her car.

lol tripleblack  i know. yes she really prefers the 68 style top plates, the lid is getting rechromed now to match the shifter plate... she is all about chrome. hey what can i say, it's her car. personally i would have just kept the woodgrain. but it's all good. nothing that can't be changed back in time... the woodgrain wheel will come out next week....

My wife thinks the same too. Back when mine was our daily driver, she even wanted me to get rid of the woodgrain on the console lid...I said I'd think about it. I decided no.

no they are not TT2's. wanted something different so i got the wheels i used on my corvette 3 years ago. they had just come out then. still don't see them much. COYS wheels out of california. 17x8. no idea what the backspace is. 4.5 if i'm not mistaken. i love them
