window "plug"?

Anyone know if a company makes the plastic plugs that hold the side windows down to the channel (sorry not sure what its called) on power window cars? The plug on mine is broken and the window keeps falling out of the channel on the bottom.

Sorry I should have posted a follow up. Firefighter you're right. Its called a window rivet. I ordered one from RT specialties.
