Hood Pin location

Can someone give me a close up shots of the hood pins on a 73 Rallye Charger?

I need to see the mounting points for hood pins and the pin length.   Also the attaching point for the cable and cable length.  And also the hole from the underside of the hood if possible.

Not sure if these will help or not....factory die cut holes in a '74 hood....usually this section is dimpled out...hood pins mount in factory precut holes

Thanks man those will help me alot.   Any chance you would know how long the actual pin and cable should be?  I want to make sure I get the right ones..

I don't mean to highjack but what was the purpose of the pins since there was a hood catch? Looks? Just curious.

Well looks is one reason but...  if you ever had a hood fly up while driving, you would know.  I dont trust the factory latches anymore.

You have a point. I seen it happen to a Nun on bike...not pretty.

It happened to me while driving a 1970 Galaxie 500 a few years back.  If you ever look at your hood at high speeds you will notice that they shake quite a bit.  I just like to play it safe.  Besides, they look bad ass on a Charger.

 This may not be pretty, but I was use a bunge cord as extra protection. Nobody can see it either !!!

Hood pins...interior hood release..factory safety latch....I think my hood will stay on...lol

I wasnt sure which hole they mounted to...
