I got this rear from a friend of mine at work, turns out to be a 4.10 dana 60 from a 70 b body. Dated 6-15-69 on the original ring gear,it would have gone in a 70 car I would guess. The rearend works fine but it has some plate for a 4 link and rings for spring perches . I guess they were racing this.ANYWAY, does anyone have any idea if dana could (or chrysler could )tell what car exactly this came from? It has a C34155 number stamped into it.   The threads are reversed on the passenger side for an early chrysler on the studs. The perches are chrysler as well from appearences. Didn't  see any tags for fluids or ratio on the bolts for the cover like the ones on my 8 3/4. Any help on this info would be appreciated , I hate to stuff this under my duster if I can find the car it goes with.  Thanks

If you move the spring perch's that rear end will fit your A body if it was from a 69 B body. I had one in my 72 Demon that I used to race.  Yes it is a little wider but it will work. I had a 9x28 inch slick mounted to 15x7 cop car wheels with plenty of clearance. There are a bunch of people that would love to have that rear end. They are getting hard to find.  Grumpy
