I know it's a custom car but don't 68~70 Chargers look naked without the gas cap on the quarter panel?

On the big pictures, 3rd pic down, the gas cap is there.

Is it black or charcoal gray?

It is black but it is a black pearl and a grey pearl stripe.  It looks so Dang HOT in person.

Also, Steve has got to be one of the nicest people around.  He is so open, friendly, and very down to earth.  He may have $$ but he does not act like a rich pompus ass like a lot of car guys.  He has a beautiful little girl and a great wife too!  All I have to say is that half way thru a raffle anyone who would give three little kids about 50 raffle tickets for no reason is A-OK in my book. (Ok so he was a little happy after winning a plaque at a all car, car show...but hey......)
