Ok I'm installing a set of TTI headers on my smallblock.  I unbolted my starter, which is a high torque mini, but can't get one wire to come off.  It's a black plastic fitting with a red clip that can slide back and forth with one wire going into it.  I think it's the starter solenoid.  I've been pulling and prying it but it won't come off, I just don't want to break it.  Is there some trick I'm unaware of?

The red clip locks the latch.  Slide it backward, then you will be able to squeeze the latch to release the connector.
