I will rebuilt/replace my axle since bearings are starting to make noises. Also I think does have to much play. I have 2 extra axles to replace. Housing is also worn on bearing area so I have oil leak there... at the same time replace the springs rear bushings. At this time I was thinking on definitelly install inverted the front hangers to get lowered the car a little bit, of course I need to enlarge the holes.

I know the angle will be affected, but is really something to worry about ? how much will be modified ?

You can correct the pinion angle with shims if need be. If you want performance aim for about 1 to 1.5 degree down pinion angle. Pick yourself up a pinion angle finder, and you can check your angle, they are cheap up here at least. no idea what they will cost for you down there though.

ok, but If I don't use those shims... is really something to worry about ?

Incorrect pinion angle can cause vibration and accelerate u-joint wear. I would set it at 2-4* nose down.

You set it that low Ron? Any particular reason? I always set it at 1- 1.5 down because of my experience with race cars and what seems to happen during launch.

Yep, even on a street car the axle can wind up with older or "non-race" springs. With SS springs you want 5-7* nose down....but those cars are launching harder with slicks, loose converters and deeper gears....meaning more wind up.   ;)
