What type fasteners used on vinyl roof check mouldings?

Is the speed nut used or the push on type fastener?   also what type of screws are used to attach the stainless steel moulding under the trunk lip.(69 Charger).

The check moldings use speed nuts.  make sure to slowly test fit/cut the threads on the pieces before you install them.  Very easy to snap off a stud.

 :iagree:  That was one of the common problems on the check pieces with broken studs.  Just take your time threading on the speed nut and you will be fine.
