No Larry, thats part of the problem...the 71 is still awaiting paint and my 65 hasn't even been started yet. All the toys are broke! :RantExplode:

Thanks Spike! We need to get together and grab some side by side pics. Hope to have her done by Carlisle, but I'm getting antsy just the same.

Yea, I'm sure it was nice. I was thinking about the Whiskey on Saturday. I haven't made one show yet this year, not to mention my nightly cruises I take to get away for a little while. I look foward to this time of year all winter. Maybe I'll drive the SRT over to the Whiskey next week. Won't be the same though. I sure do miss the old girl, life just isn't the same without her. :brickwall: :RantExplode: :flame:

I dont even want to open up about how much it SUCKS :brickwall: Then again it will be a hellowa feeling to start up that Hemi for the first time and drive it around the block :D

Spike, you know you aren't supposed to do that on Brice road. SSHHHH. I did one ONCE in my 69. I am a rebel.
But I am also having the same problem with mine. I have driven it twice in two years. It has excessive amount of crank case pressure that makes it smoke badly. I can't stand to get laughed at while waiting at the stop lights. I hope we all get to do burni......... drive our cars like adults soon.
If it ain't wide open; it ain't running.        Rule number one in motocross racing: Pin it; row the gear box; and wait until you hit something.     At work my motto is: If you need me, call someone else.

bull

I drove my '68 once in the past five years at about 2 mph for a 1/4 mile with no brakes and a vibration in the engine before I parked it and tore it down. So, I don't want to hear any whining from you guys. :-\
