Question about editing profile?

Ok I wanted to post my picture of my charger or another nice picture for my personalized picture and I browse in my comptuer and upload my picture but then nothing happens  and the title personalized piture turns red like it can't do it so I'm confused.I think there to big but don't know how to shrink them or what not.

You have to resize them. Go to photobucket.com and upload the pic you want then click on that pic and in the upper left hand tab it will say resize.  Click on that and click on avatar.  Then you save it then you can upload it on dc.com
