1BAD68

I was out for a cruise in my 68 and wanted to take some backroads, I was driving along and saw a bunch of cars off in the woods so I stopped at the house that was connected to the property and asked about them, a very old lady said I could walk around there if I wanted to, so I did and found about 250 old 40's through 70's cars. It was wild, I spent about two hours checking it out, the weird part is that this isn't a junkyard, just some guys property.

1BAD68

A 68 Charger stacked....

1BAD68

a Road Runner left for dead....

1BAD68

a couple 3rd gen Chargers on the bottom...

And?..
You did make an offer I asume...

1BAD68

From a distance I thought this was a TA challenger...
Then I thought maybe it's the missing DMCL Charger...

1BAD68

anyone remember these Gremlin's?

1BAD68

another Road Runner

1BAD68

still angry after all these years...

1BAD68

This place was hilly and I kept finding more cars over each hill...

1BAD68

My camera died so I didn't get many pictures, but I'm planning to go back with some hand tools because I saw a few things I want to get.
I did get a nice pair of wiper arms off a Coronet for $4.00
Went to Autozone and got the refills for $5.99 they work great.

My thoughts exactly! I'm so jealous man. I could spend all day in a place like that for a week. It's great that the lady didn't mind you. Awesome find! Want to get the front bumper and brackets off of that '68 for me?  :icon_smile_big:

Yup. My brother-in-law is hot on the trail of one of those in his home town.
He's got a Gremlin X and he wants to put the denim interior in it.

I was looking at that X on Mother's day. A good cleaning, a few lowere extremity repairs by a good fabricator, then a paint job and it'd be ready to rock.

I think I'll try and talk him out of it this year....  :icon_smile_big:

Cool, there's a black Gremlin X in there but I didn't get a picture of it.
I also saw a mostly complete Rebel Machine, anyone know what motor was in them? because its still there.

Theres one I found here. The old guy who owns it wont let anybody go in it. He usually has a few cars sitting beside the road. There was a 69 Olds and a 64 Impala sitting beside the road but there gone now

The "02" one is a 69 Plymouth for sure.  Look at the bodyline crease near the top of the 1/4 panel and the rectangular marker light cutout on the front fender.

Charger_Fan

What a cool find! Thanks for sharing the pics, that's a pretty neat place. :)

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

TruckDriver

There is a Gremlin at a car dealer just south of me with a Levis interiour. Light blue in color in fair shape. That place is between Manitowac & Sheboygan? And like said before, the Rebel should have a 390 in it. There is a guy around here with nice green one. I once had a friend with a Hornet hatchback that had the Levis interiour too.

This is just MY opinion but I think they are truely hidious cars...
