funky paint job on a 69 thought I'd post see if anyone recognizes it

Works for me, a '69 Charer with what almost appears to be a 1970 Version of a chip foose cuda paintjob!

If they had filled the whole area above the middle bodyline with the strobe stripe, and didn't have the funky bit of it on the lower door indention, it would look better.

in the 70's you used to see that kind of stuff on a daily basis. some good, some bad. i'm suprised you still dont see more of that kind of paint  on cars laying around

Those look like scallops that belong on an old cruiser hot rod like a chopped 50 Mercury or somethin.
