i really like that car. the hood treatment looks very good, unique to see it on the 68. i have to confess, i am not a fan of the seat inserts in yellow. but hey it's not my car! overall it's a SWEET ride! is that a black PAINTED top by the way??

i think the painted top is an awesome idea. a guy around here did it to his 70 R/T and it is sweet. gives you that look to offset the normal paint color, but like you said. no worrying about bubbles or vinyl fade

Very nice car, I actually do like the yellow seat inserts but not much of a fan of the painted roof... To each there own I guess, but still a cool car and I wish I had half the car you have.

I really like that car. Like Trav said, I like the hood treatment. I like the filling in of the bodylines at the hood and doors/side, but I especially like it with the thin stripe around on the outside. Yellow and black looks good!

ummmm Yes I do know about the painted roof..I laid on it DUH!!!!  I am very carefulno to scratch the paint up there..no worries!  I wear very soft sheer material and no shoes....LOL  And the yellow inserts on the seats were actually my idea...isaw something simalar at the car show and thought it would look HOT in our car...the breakup of the black kinda helps....otherwise it wouldbe too plain.

You can get a Black Painted roof like this from the Factory. I restored a Y2 69 1/2 440 6 pak roadrunner that had a factory painted black roof, maybe only one known? LEON.
