Well it's a matter of changing out the driveline, getting the underhood painted and putting in a new fuel tank, lines, and sending unit. Plus carpet, and get the brakes worked out.

It will take some work, but it will come around! I'm just really thankful my buddy is letting me use his shop. I've been waiting to get another buddy's big block Dart out of the shop so the bomb could be put in there.

I've actually changed a few more things since these pictures were taken.

Sanding and primer here I COME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!

I pulled the bumper, grille and support out today.

Good thing I did, the left fender and hood were replaced in the past, and whoever put the front end back together half @$$ed did it There were bolts missing, things put together in a haphazard way, nothing really missing. Just not put together correctly. the car always looked like it was "smiling" that was because of a hurry up fix it deal. The vertical hood latch support was bent and that put everything in a bind, but I straightened that  and fixed a couple other things while I was there.

MAN this was FUN, I love this car! I this is the first 66 I've ever had, they are such cool cars, I'm really excited about getting the car going.

Couple pics..........

By the way, under the battery tray is GOOD SOLID metal, No rust through at all. But trying to get a 41 year old bumper off this thing will make a man out of you!!!!!!
