I look up to anyone who shows up to work everyday, spends time with his kids, and is nice to the mailman and the sanitation guy even though he does not have to be.  same goes for anyone who gets bit by a dog, trips on a crack in the sidewalk, or drinks hot coffee without calling a lawyer. 

Unfortunately, I have rarely met anyone in my life who meets even half of these standards.
