removing broken bolt out of water pump housing

another bolt broke on my charger :brickwall:
this time it's the upper bolt thatrt holds the alternator bracket.
It is sticking 5 cm out, rock solid, can't move a dang thing.
tried to heat the bold, tried penetrating oil, nothing :(

try melting a candle onto it, let the wax drip onto the threads. sometimes that helps. other than that your probably gonna have to drill, and then maybe an ez out. but dont break the ez out, cause they are one of the hardest materials known to man. Dont ask how i know.

I broke a U joint bolt once on my old Charger and used one of these...  somehow managed to break it off in the yoke.  Not fun...

keep heating it up & cooling it , try tapping on it , good penetrating oil often helps , you may need to drill it , keep it as close to center as possible , worst case drill it out completely & install a Helicoil
