I completely removed the roofrail weatherstripping chrome trim piece that has the rubber weatherstripping adhered to it. I had to repaint the little area where the last guy sprayed blue paint on. Well it's good now, I'm just waiting on the new weatherstripping. Is it going to be hard to reinstall? It looks like it was just glued to the trim piece that was screwed on to the roof. I did the door seal, that was so easy, it went on nice. On the belt molding on the outside of the rear window, it had one little nut that you had to access from behind the sail panel board. Should that trim piece be a painted silver or chrome? It looks like it's dull silver and not chrome or stainless trim.

piece of cake to reinstall the roofrail piece.

the "boomerang" molding... paint silver/argent on flat area, keep the chrome finish on the rest.

The weatherstrip.. should it be glued into place..? Cant see how it should stay in place.

weatherstrip doesn't need glue, althought you can add a little bit since repro pieces are not perfect. Originally, weatherstrip just snap in the rail, and wrapps the outer edge
