Found it on ebay today, item # 150121425137 from a company called Vintage Auto One out of Georgia.  Says its a authorized Chrysler restoration part.  $399.95 + shipping.  The pics are a little too small to show much datail, but it looks like its got everything with it.  I'm not sure who is making it, Goodmark doesn't show it on their website.  The price isn't too bad if its a quality part.

69RTSEV88,

Hi, I actually work for Vintage Auto One's parent company (Auto Metal Direct) and I am the one that does the eBay stuff for VA1. If you have any questions about this part, I am happy to answer them.

Jeremy,
As the old saying goes, "Its a day late and a dollar short!".  Acutally the dollar part isn't the problem because at the stated price, I would have bought one without even thinking about it.  The problem is that about a month ago, when there was no word on a steel repro part, is when I had the back end of my car taken apart.  All I would have had to do was drill out the welds at the ends of the quarter panels and the tailight panel would have been out.  I decided to fix what I had (not too bad, some pin holes at the bottom of both tailight openings), but now I'm going to have to smooth out my welds and patches whereas an new panel would have made it so much easier, and I'm not about to cut the backend of the car apart again.  Oh well, judging by the positive responses I have seen on here, it looks as if you will sell bunches of them!  Now, steel front fenders and doors, do ya' think we could do something with those:)!!!

Sorry about the timing for your car.  We've been developing these panels for a while now but we didn't want to put anything of poor quality out there so it ended up being delayed and delayed.  Better to wait for a quality part than to sell crap.  Ya know?  As far as other parts.  I can tell you that we are making a lot for the 68-70 Charger but I can't tell you what yet.  Sorry about that.  I assure you that you will like what we have coming out, though.
