Pretty much what the subject title says..... Who from the board here is going to the Mopars @ E-town show May 19th and 20th?  I will be there and be in the stock class for 1969 Dodge B body if it is the same categorys as last year.  I will also have a color copy of the opening screen Dodgecharger.com logo with my screen name under it on my dash so everyone can easily identify me.   Feel free to stop in and say hi and shoot some BS about the car.  Hope to see everyone there and hope for nice weather.

Brian,

I'm coming up on Sunday.  The Charger won't be making it, but maybe I'll bring the unrestrored '72 Fury.  Either way, I'll be there.

light mod.

Why light mod John? It's just your wheels that are different on your ride I thought?

Either way, if they judged by the way cars left the factory, yours should win every year. Not many around with a hole in the roof, that get driven across the country all year. And it's green, which I likey.

moparjohn

I dunno, rims are stock type but bigger no trim rings, different carb (Holley) elect. ign., TTI exhaust, It doesn't matter to me what class just having fun!

John,

Is the TTI exhaust new?  I don't remember your car having that last year. :scratchchin:  And like always, I'd swap cars with you anytime. :yesnod:

Damn, guess my eye sight is really getting bad. :rotz:  Still can't wait to see what you did to your engine compartment while you had the engine being worked over.

Special Dodgecharger.com member treat at the back of my car Sat and Sun for those who are interested.  Unfortunately, it will not be alcoholic as they do not permit it on the show field.  But it will be refreshing none the less. :icon_smile_cool:

I'm planning on going Saturday.   Well... hoping to at least.

Frankly, I don't want to race OR show right now.     I just want to get there early enuf so I don't blowup another coil waiting in line for the pot head boy scouts at the ticket booth .   Chris's old spare works too good ;D

Ahh.... memories! ;)

Brian S, us SI guys will be meeting the NJ cartel at the Wal-mart parking lot of Rt 9 like we did last year.....Chris G will be waiting there.
We are leaving SI @ 7:30 from the Outerbridge.  We'll probably be at that spot around 7:45 or so.....

So far the typical weather report for Mopar weekend (chance of rain). I hear it's supposed to be pretty nice though, so let's hope for it.

I wanna know what the special dc.com treat is. :P I'm hoping for gift certificates for Jack's, but somehow I doubt it.  ;D

Stop by my car and get a registry fridge magnet in your choice of color.  :icon_smile_wink:

resq302

Chris G.,

The special treat is not money or g/c's.  Basically because I am married and have a child.  Plus financing the charger is not that easy either.     Anyway, I am sure it is something that eveyone will like and will be readily welcomed especially on a warm day.  Again, no its not a cold beer even though that would certainly have been welcomed by many including me.  A little hint,  it comes in lots of colors......

I'm guessing Gatorade or Skittles.  :P What do i win?

I'm assuming quarter drinks are those little grenade like plastic bottles with orange drink or fruit punch?

Wrong and Wrong.  Close on the Gatorade though but it is also not fruit punch.  Also, this will depend on if it is raining or not since it will have to be done basically out of the back of my trunk.

Seems like they are calling for mid 60s now.  This would have been better on days like yesterday and today with temps in the 80s.

See, some of you soft NJ guys who didn't grow up in 'da hood like some of us NY'ers wouldn't know what a quarter drink was or a "loosie" for that matter.....   :P
